Technical Support
During sales technical support,includes our professional sales engineers will recommend product to its clients according to their requirement and help to choose the most suitable models for them.
In addition,we will provide heat pump product catalogs, technical manuals, and past reference cases. Our professional technical engineers will help provide a comprehensive solution, including not only the selection of heat pump models but also professional project design suggestions, to recommend the most suitable heat pump solutions to customers.
Applying Local Certificates
Based on the different requirement from different countries, Deakonet can help to apply for required product certifications as to the needs of customers.
After-Sales
We visit customers at least twice a year for after-sales updates, technical training, new product introduction, and marketing strategy discussion. And we also invite our customers to visit our company from time to time, ensuring close communication with the customers.
We provide not only fixed longer warranty service but also flexible warranty package including daily maintaining, repairing, replacing and spare components . We are planing establish our own or cooperated after sales service center in main European countries to make sure our quality after service always available in local market.
Technical training is one regular project of our technical support, on-site or online training subject to the client’s request. The training covers the product model selection, installation, troubleshooting, new product introduction, etc.
